Acid Free Tissue PaperNon Buffered - Lignin Free
Alert! Not all acid free
tissue is lignin free! For more information on the importance of lignin
free tissue you can read our Garment
and Textile Storage article. Buffered vs. Non-Buffered:
Non-buffered tissue is ideal for wrapping gowns and other organic textiles.
It is also safe for silk. Use buffered tissue for wrapping and storing
metal, like silver. If in doubt, use non-buffered. More Products For Archival Storage If your garment is washable, it is advisable to wash it before storing it. Use our Fabric Wash that is especially made to safely clean fine fabrics. You can also use our Stain Remover to safely remove stains. We recommend storing your garment (or quilt) in our museum quality, archival storage box for additional protection. It is important that you properly prepare your garment for storage. See our Garment Care page for printable garment care and storage information.
