Swiss Cotton Flannel

100% Cotton - approx. 55" Wide

This fabric is wonderful and so soft! It is made by Bear Threads, Ltd., the same company that makes Bearissima and other top quality heirloom fabrics.

Unlike the Cashmere Cotton, which is a thicker fabric, this Swiss Flannel is finely woven, not bulky, suitable for French seams.

Choose this fabric for baby's layette, receiving blanket, a warm daygown, winter dress or shirt. Try it, I am sure you will love it!

Machine washable on delicate cycle or Hand Wash.

Swiss Wool Challis

From Bear Threads Ltd.

100% Wool - approx. 55" wide

Wool Challis is a plainweave, lightweight, soft wool. As with all the fabrics from Bear Threads, this too is an exceptionally fine fabric. Great heirloom fabric for your projects that call for a lightweight but warm, soft fabric.

Dry Cleaning recommended.

Austrian Cashmere Cotton

100% Pima Cotton - 60" wide

This is perfect for making soft receiving blankets, nightgowns for baby, pajamas or nightgowns for girls, etc.

It is so soft to the touch and is a generous 60 inches wide. A strong, durable fabric, it is ideal for sewing so many things for the babies and children.

The Cashmere Cotton is a much thicker fabric (not suitable for French seams) than the Swiss Cotton Flannel .

Machine washable. Tumble dry low.
