The Banded Diaper Shirt and Nappy Cover pattern has step by step instructions for Debbie Glenn's banded satin stitch edges.

The techniques used in this pattern are traditional applique and applique edge stitches.

Sizes: Designed to fit infants 6-12 months

Fabric: Cotton pinwale pique, broadcloth, brushed twill, gingham

Important - Wash all fabric prior to tracing, yardage given below is after washing.

Yardage - 45" & 60" Wide:

A: Cotton pique for shirt, 1/2 yd

B: Cotton gingham for band & nappy cover, 5/8 yd

C: Batiste shirt front & nappy cover lining - color to match shirt, 5/8 yd
