Ginger Snaps Designs

The designs in this baby gown pattern from Ginger Snaps Designs can be adapted for either infant boys or infant girls and they are easy to sew.

The variations include an heirloom gown with a lace band and pintucks, a monogrammed design with release tucks and a Peter Pan collar and a quick and easy gown made of Swiss eyelet fabric.

Sleeve variations include a long puff sleeve, an elbow length puff sleeve and a long straight sleeve which may be embellished or plain. The long straight sleeve may also be adapted to a 3/4 length sleeve.

Fullness may be added to the A-line design with the addition of pintucks. The gown has a back button closing.

The gown is 36 inches long, with the exception of the preemie size, which is 27 inches long.

As with all Ginger Snaps patterns, extensive instructions and illustrations are included to guide you every step of the way in the construction of this beautiful heirloom gown.
