Catherine - Kay Guiles
Kay Guiles pattern, Catherine, is a very beautiful and unique dress featuring a yoke of interesting angular French lace and a tucked skirt. The straight sleeves and slender skirt are hemmed with a touch of lace.

Personal Note - I had so much fun sewing this dress! It is not something you would want to rush through, it does take time to apply the lace. The end result is very rewarding, especially if you choose Bearissima Swiss Batiste.

For Size 3, order 2 yds (or 4 units)
For Sizes 3 to 6, order 2 1/2 yds (or 5 units)
For Sizes 7 to 10, order 3 yds (or 6 units)
Laces: (It is recommended that you read the complete instructions before aquiring laces)
Lace Insertion: 8 yards
Sleeve Edging: 1 1/4 yards
Hem Edging: 4 yards
