How Do They Work?
Gravity. Nothing fancy or complicated. Fill the bottle with water, insert the bottle into the dolls mouth and gently squeeze the bottle for the doll to "drink". Next, push the doll's tummy (Corolle dolls only) and then the water comes out the other end! Simple and easy! In addition to potty training, the doll is a great bath doll.
(When other dolls, including the Gotz Aquini, "drinks the water" the water immediately comes out the other end, very messy!)

Can I Order By Phone?
We are sorry, but we no longer accept phone orders. Placing an order by phone is a very unsafe method of using your credit (and/or debit) card. It is much safer to place your order online through an encrypted, secure server.

How Do I Know If You Received My Order?
Soon after placing your online order you will receive an email that contains your order summary. Please be looking for that email because it is a receipt of your transaction.
Unfortunately, because of the growing spam problem, many spam programs and isp's will "grab" and delete not only spam, but will also delete wanted email and the intended recipient will not be aware that their important email has been censored.
AOL, MSN, Hotmail and several other email addresses (including email addresses ending in .edu) seem to experience this problem most often. If you did not receive your order summary by email, let us know and we can resend it. What Is Your Return Policy For Potty Training Dolls?
Due to the fact that these dolls are used for potty training, all sales on potty dolls are final.
The only circumstance that would allow us to accept a returned potty doll would be if we shipped you the wrong item. No exceptions will be made to this rule!
By adhering to this rule, we can guarantee to each and every customer that the potty training doll they receive from us is factory new and has never been used for or exposed to toilet training by anyone else.
If You Receive The Wrong Doll:
We are very careful when shipping the dolls BUT if it was to ever happen that you received the wrong item here is what you should and should not do:
• DO NOT OPEN THE DOLL'S PACKAGE!
• Contact us immediately, within 1 business day after receiving the doll, to report the error in shipping. If you do not have access to your email, you may call and leave a message.
• If it is determined that an error was made and the above requirements have been met, we will authorize a return and give you the information and instructions you will need for returning the doll to us. We will then exchange the item shipped to you in error with the correct item.
• Do not return a potty training doll to us without authorization as it will not be accepted.
