DOLL RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final on dolls and doll accessories.

Eligible Returns - Defective merchandise, damage during shipment, shipping errors. Eligible returns will either be exchanged or refunded, depending on product availability. We cannot accept returns or make exchanges for damaged boxes.

When Your Order Arrives:

We examine each product for defects before shipping it to you. We ask that you also examine your doll and/or doll accessories when they are delivered and notify us immediately (within three business days) of any problems.

We strive to bring you top quality products and service. We have shipped hundreds of dolls and they have all arrived at their destinations safe and sound. But we know there is always the chance that something could happen to the package in transit.

IMPORTANT: You must contact us immediately, within 3 business days, by using either our website contact form or by fax (205 372-9970) to report a problem with your order. If you do not have access to the website or a fax machine you may phone 205-372-2345 (leave message if no answer).

After Reporting The Problem To Us:

We will contact you. We will also mail you a call tag, if applicable.

How To Return The Doll:

The call tag we mail to you will be a prepaid, return address label for you to use on the return package.

Return the doll (and box, if applicable) in it's original condition of how you received it. Remember to include any paperwork such as doll "Birth Certificate" and/or Certificate Of Authenticity, etc.

Following an examination of the returned item, if it is deemed that the doll was damaged during shipment or that we shipped you the wrong doll, we will either replace the damaged item or, if the item is no longer available we will issue a refund. Damage claims are subject to inspection by UPS.

Warranties:

Heirloom Sewing For Children does not offer any warranty of any kind on toys and dolls. They can and sometimes do break and we do not replace a toy or doll if it breaks. By placing an order you are in agreement that Heirloom Sewing For Children does not warrant the life span or quality or usability of the toy or doll. You acknowledge that Heirloom Sewing For Children's sole responsibility is to ship you a new, unused product in the condition received from the manufacturer.
